Where Nick watches the Super Bowl in England
The one problem with the Super Bowl in England is that it feels like you are watching a pirate broadcast of it. You see the Fox logo and you hear the Fox announcers, but as soon as a station break occurs, BBC and SKY bring in washed old NFL'ers whom no one has heard from in years to fill the awkward spaces. Then there are no ads like you get in the US. This had to be one of the oddest Super Bowls ever for me. Of course, the fact that it was also taking place in the early morning hours here didn't help as well. Oh well, Cricket World Cup starts soon so we can all look forward to that.
